WATERLOO — Three people were arrested Thursday in connection with the sale of heroin in Seneca County.
Members of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested the three after a search warrant was executed.
• Pablo L. Soto Burgos, 38, of Rochester, charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Police allege that Soto Burgos possessed a quantity of heroin, packaged in a manner with intent to sell, and other drug paraphernalia commonly used in the sale of a controlled substance. He also possessed a quantity of marijuana.
Police said he is currently on probation for other felony drug charges in Monroe County.
He was arraigned and sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail. He is scheduled to answer the charges in Waterloo Town Court Wednesday.
• Julio R. Garcia, 30, of 14 Gates Ave., Geneva, charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. It was found he was wanted by Geneva police on a warrant for third-degree robbery.
He was released to Geneva police and is scheduled to answer the charge in Waterloo Town Court Oct. 25.
• Luis N. Diaz, 32, of 17 Pulteney St., Geneva, also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana . He was given an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Waterloo Town Court Oct. 25.
