KEUKA PARK — The Keuka women’s volleyball team won its seventh straight match with a 3-0 non-conference sweep over Alfred University Monday.

The Storm have lived up to their nickname over their recent skein. All but one of the wins in the stretch have come via shutout. Only Ithaca (a 3-2 win over the weekend) took Keuka past three games.

Keuka continued its dominating form against the Saxons, winning 25-23, 25-10, 25-17. The biggest test came in the first game when Alfred held a 13-11 advantage. The game was tied at 23 before Midlakes graduate Julia Coryell served up the clinching point for the Storm.

Devan Curtis enjoyed an efficient night, posting a team-high eight kills with a mere two errors in 20 attempts, a .300 hitting percentage. Curtis also produced seven digs and three aces.

Paige Golden added nine digs, eight kills and an ace as Keuka improved to 12-3 overall. Jill Nolan added 13 assists, seven digs and two aces while Rachel Parker came up with 10 assists, two digs and an ace. Taylor Smith finished with eight digs.
