NEWARK — A health priority selection meeting will be 9 a.m. to noon on Friday, May 17 at the Wayne BOCES Conference Center, 131 Drumlin Court.

Wayne County Public Health and Newark-Wayne Community Hospital are seeking the public’s input to choose health priorities for the next couple of years. Wayne County residents and stakeholders are encouraged to attend.

The hospital, Public Health and Common Ground Health are completing a 2020 Community Health Assessment and Community Service Plan with input from several other health and human service agencies throughout the county. The process includes reviewing “My Health Story” survey data along with feedback from several focus groups.

Input from the community is important to create a Community Health Improvement Plan/Community Service Plan that best meets the needs of Wayne County residents.

All are welcome to attend but space is limited.

Refreshments will be served.

To register, call (315) 946-5749.
