YOU ARE HEREBY CITED TO SHOW CAUSE before the Surrogate’s Court, Seneca County at 48 West Williams Court, Waterloo, NY on May 25th, 2021, at 9:30 a.m.in the forenoon of that day, why a decree should not be made in the estate of Richard F. Callahan a/k/a Richard Callahan, lately domiciled at 77 Bridge Street, Seneca Falls, NY 13148 in the County of Seneca, New York, granting Letters of Limited Administration upon the estate of the decedent to any eligible distributee or upon their default to Frank Sinicropi, Seneca County Treasurer or to such other person as my be entitled thereto.
That the authority of the representative under the foregoing letters be limited as follows:
To accept service for the estate of the decedent in a Supreme Court Proceeding to Quiet Title to premises owned by the decedent on property located at 77 Bridge Street, Seneca Falls, NY 13148.
