Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered on March 10, 2020. I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Seneca County Courthouse, 48 West William Street, Village of Waterloo, Seneca County, New York on the 9th day of November, 2021 at 10:00 AM. All that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the Village and Town of Waterloo, County of Seneca and State of New York.
