BEGINNING at a point in the center of the County Highway running southerly from Honeoye past the residence of John Seward, said beginning point being at the center of the junction of the road known as the “Lake Road” with the aforesaid County Road and running thence southerly along the center of said County Road for a distance of 160 feet; thence easterly for a distance of about 138 feet to an iron stake set in the ground and agreed upon as the southwest corner of the land conveyed; running thence northerly in a line nearly parallel with the center line of the aforesaid County Road for a distance of about 160 feet to an iron stake, set the in the “Lake Road” hereinbefore mentioned; thence westerly along the aforesaid “Lake Road” for a distance of 130 feet to the place of beginning
