In pursuance and by virtue of an Amended Default Judgment and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly granted by this Court and entered in the Ontario County Clerk’s Office on the 29th day of March, 2021, I, the undersigned Referee, duly appointed in this action for such purposes, will expose for sale, and sell at public auction to the highest bidder at the Ontario County Clerk’s Office, 20 Ontario Street, in the City of Canandaigua, New York, on the 11th day of May, 2021, at 9:30 o’clock in the forenoon of that day, the mortgaged premises directed in and by said judgment to be sold and in said judgment described as follows:

Location of property to be foreclosed: 9660 Lawrence Hill Road, Town of Canadice, County of Ontario, State of New York
All That Tract or Parcel of Land, situate in the Town of Canadice, County of Ontario and State of New York, being a part of Lot Number 33 in the west part of said Town and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of the highway running east and west 1,460 feet west of its intersection with the centerline of the highway running north and south known as Lawrence Road; thence North 8° 37’ 00" East a distance of 725 feet to a point; thence South 79° 21' 30” East for a distance of 250 feet to a point; thence South 8° 37' 00" West for a distance of 725 feet; thence North 79° 21' 30" West for a distance of 250 feet to the point and place of beginning.
Also granting to the grantees herein their heirs, representatives, and assigns a right of way, in common with others, for ingress and egress over a strip of land 20 feet in width, which strip of land is adjacent to the west boundary of the property conveyed to the parties of the first part, located in the Town of Canadice, County of Ontario and State of New York, and more particularly described in a deed recorded in Liber 784 of Deeds at page 1194, in the Office of the Ontario County Clerk on November 17, 1978, which right of way is more particularly described in an instrument between Herbert L. Beecher, party of the first part and Evelyn L. Schurr and Wanda L. Wilt, parties of the second part, dated October 6, 1981 and which is recorded in the Ontario County Clerk's Office.
