Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered on January 2, 2020.

I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the front lobby of the Seneca County Courthouse, 48 W. William Street, Waterloo, N.Y. on the 1st day of September, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. premises described as follows: All that tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Fayette, County of Seneca and State of New York.
