Finger Lakes Gifts & Lounge.

GENEVA — Finger Lakes Gifts and Lounge, called the FLounge by many, is closing, owner Dave Linger said on Friday.

However, the space won’t be empty long, as F.L.X. Frybird, owned by Christopher Bates and Isabel Bogadtke, will be moving from its small Linden Street location into the FLounge space in June, said Linger, who informed FLounge employees Friday morning of the closure.

The FLounge had been for sale since last June, but Linger, who owns the building with partner Wendy Marsh, said he never got a solid offer for the seven-year-old business.
