GENEVA — The Geneva Memorial Day Parade is set for Monday, May 29 in downtown Geneva.

According to Gary Baxter, one of the event organizers, the parade will start promptly at 10 a.m. at the intersection of Seneca and Exchange streets.

The parade goes north on Exchange, turns left at Castle Street and then goes south on Main Street, ending with a ceremony at Pulteney Park, where Geneva High School students will speak.

Those participating are asked to arrive by 9 a.m., said Baxter, who noted the event features the Geneva high school band, several floats, veterans, local officials and other organizations.
