SENECA FALLS — Once again, the Board of Education will be asked to continue allowing girls from Romulus High School to play on the Mynderse Academy girls lacrosse team in the spring.

At Thursday’s 7 p.m. meeting in the Middle School library, the school board is expected to approve a motion recommended by Superintendent Bob McKeveny to approve the merger of modified, junior varsity and varsity girls lacrosse with Romulus, allowing up to six Romulus students.

The motion calls for students from each district to follow their own school’s code of conduct.

All costs associated with the program, such as supplies, field maintenance, officials, salaries, and transportation will be based on a percentage of the athletes that participate from Seneca Falls and Romulus schools, and billed to the Romulus school district.
